Joint Consultation on the Screening of Policies 2007 - 2008

As part of the statutory equality duties under Section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998, and commitments outlined in our Equality Schemes, the Agencies and Special Bodies working in Health and Social Care in Northern Ireland are jointly consulting on the screening outcomes of a range of new or revised policies.

The organisations involved are:

·    Central Services Agency (CSA)

·    Northern Ireland Blood Transfusion Service (BTS)

·    Northern Ireland Guardian Ad Litem Agency (NIGALA)

·    Northern Ireland Medical and Dental Training Agency (NIMDTA)

·    Northern Ireland Practice and Education Council for Nursing and Midwifery (NIPEC)

·    Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC)
