Reviewing the Scheme

It will be the responsibility of the Publication Scheme Co-ordinator, in association with lead representatives of the Agency's Business Units/Departments, to undertake formal regular reviews of the content of the Scheme at least annually.  The aim of such reviews will be to make more information available, or provide easier access to existing information.  The Agency needs to seek specific approval from the Office of the Information Commissioner to reduce the amount of information it publishes, and this is most unlikely.

This section will contain a note of the dates of formal reviews and a record of those taking part.

Any resultant changes to the Scheme will be reflected in the appropriate section of this Website and in the hard copy format.
