Please note the forthcoming RCN Northern Ireland Research and Quality Forum (NIRAQ) Conference date of 25 October 2006 in the Comfort Hotel in Antrim. WIN A BURSARY OF £1,000!. Applications are currently being accepted for the NIRAQ Bursary Award. Closing date for entry is Friday 16 June 2006. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA ARE AS FOLLOWS:

The bursary is open to nurses, midwives and health visitors working within Northern Ireland who:-

(1) are currently on the NMC register (2) have completed a project/initiative within the last 12 months (3) can demonstrate improvement to patient/client care in Northern Ireland NB.-The application must reflect the applicant's own work and must be approved and signed by the Director of Nursing or equivalent in his/her own organisation. Further details can be found on the Application Form attached. The Bursary Award will be formally awarded at the NIRAQ Conference on 24 October 2006 where the winner will be asked to present his/her project to the conference delegates.
