The Forum is intended to provide an effective voice for the wider R&D and HPSS community and will provide an advisory/consultative mechanism for the R&D Office and the R&D Strategy Group and support the R&D Office on operational issues. It will provide, in either plenary or ad hoc working group format, advice on the development of subsidiary elements of the HPSS strategy. Please note that the Terms of Reference above are currently being reviewed. Panel
