R&D Office Fellows are expected to submit annual reports describing their progress. The report should be submitted each year by the end of October, regardless of when the fellowship was taken up.

Continuation of funding of the award is subject to the receipt of prompt and satisfactory completion of this report. The report should be completed on the attached form in clear typescript using Arial 11pt font and 1.5 line spacing. Fellows must not exceed the word limit stated.

Fellowship Annual Report

R&D Office Fellows are expected to submit a final report upon completion of their project. The report should be submitted within 2 weeks of the end of the fellowship. Failure to return a satisfactory report may result in the R&D Office withholding part or all of the final claim made against the award.
