The Central Services Agency as a Statutory Body within NIHPSS purchases its supplies in accordance with Departmental guidelines as set out in Contract Procedure - Supplies, issued under Circular HSS(PPM) 12/2002, and any relevant Legislation and Departmental guidance which may be issued and revised from time to time.

The operational purchasing on behalf of the Agency is carried out by one of its Business Units, The Regional Supplies Service, a description of whose services can be found under "Our Services"
