Welcome to the Central Services Agency’s Human Resources Directorate The Aims and Objectives of the Human Resources Directorate: In keeping with the aim and vision of the Agency, it is the aim and objective of the Human Resources Directorate “to deliver excellent customer services in keeping with the negotiated Service Level Agreements”. Our Service Delivery Plan has also been developed using the five strategic objectives of the organisation which are: (a) Results orientation – we will work to deliver excellent results in agreed key areas for all our stakeholders; (b) Customer focus – we will work in partnership with all our customers to deliver excellent results in service provision; (c) Modernisation – We will lead in modernising our core services through the effective exploitation of ICT and other relevant approaches; (d) Creating, maintaining and developing partnerships – we will work to establish and maintain effective partnership arrangements with our stakeholders in supporting our policy and strategy and the effective delivery for all of our services; (e) Effective management of financial resources – we will conduct all our business in line with the principles of governance, probity and transparent accountability and within the financial statements accorded to the Agency.
