Oxygen Therapy Service

Please note that there are no codes for the actual head set or stand. To claim reimbursement
for these particular pieces of equipment, the total number of sets and stands that are owned by
the contractor should be recorded on the PO1 claim form.

To code for an Oxygen Giving Set (cylinder of gas, mask & tubing), use the appropriate codes from
sections A, B & C below. e.g. 999/1, 801/1 & 800/1.
