The Regional Supplies Service manages the procurement of a wide range of Products and Services for Northern Ireland Health and Personal Social Services, Bodies, ie Trusts, Boards and Agencies. These Bodies include:

All such Bodies have received the HSSPS guidance document entitled "Revised Public Procurement Policy for the Public Sector" ref HSS (PPM) 8/2003, which advises the compulsory use of Centres of Procurement Expertise for the influence of all non-pay spend.  Formal Relationships between Regional Supplies Service and the Bodies listed is detailed through Service and Budget Agreements. Performance within these agreements is monitored through respective Supply Boards on a quarterly basis.
