The new diversity e-learning progragramme for Health and Social Care Staff

The 'Discovering Diversity' e-learning programme is up and runnning and available to all CSA staff.

The programme was offically launched on the 15 February 2008. 

Discovering Diversity is an innovative and interactive e-learning programme aimed at staff within the HSC. It takes the learner through a thought-provoking journey, exploring difference and the psychology that underpins our approach to difference, fairness and stereotyping. It outlines the inevitability of conflict that can arise as a result of difference, and explores some strategies for dealing with such conflict.

It aims to promote an enjoyable and effective learning experience through a wide range of creative interactions to ensure the learner’s interest is retained throughout.
