Dissemination and uptake of R&D findings

The effective dissemination of new knowledge is an essential prerequisite for an evidence-based and research-led HPSS. The initial responsibility for ensuring that research findings are made public rests with the researcher. However, the effective dissemination of knowledge demands a concerted effort and all sections of the HPSS must accept the challenge of ensuring that research findings are used to improve the services provided by the HPSS.
