Complaint 05/06_8 17/08/2005 Complaint forwarded by Minister's office concerning patient re-imbursement of hospital travel and prescription costs. FPS - Medical and Pharmaceutical involved. CSA is not involved with either, although FPS had endeavoured to help patient gather evidence for benefit claim. Complaints Officer wrote to Department. Follow-up telephone enquiry from Department in November 2005 but issues remain the same. No subsequent communication. 16/09/2005 22****
